Intensive Outpatient Treatment

IOP stands for Intensive Outpatient Program. IOP programs treat substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. IOP offers group therapy and life skills classes for those with substance abuse issues. Participating in our IOP program will help you develop the skills to prevent relapse and continue living substance-free. IOP is intensive due to the intense schedule. We offer group sessions along with a weekly 1:1 session. A stringent schedule to ensure the success of the program is key. With a minimum of 3 appointments totaling 9 or more hours per week, keeping regular contact with our IOP counselors is necessary to keep the path of recovery consistent.
