A: The program consists of a 40-hour course spread over 13 weeks, with classes held on Saturdays from 12 PM to 3 PM.

A: The evaluation fee is $300, and the course fee is $400. The evaluation fee is due at the time of service, and the course fee can be paid in weekly installments.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) FAQ
Montana Counseling Services offers an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for individuals seeking structured support in overcoming substance use disorders. Our IOP is designed to provide comprehensive care through various therapeutic approaches.
Program Structure and Costs
Q: What is the structure of the IOP?
A: Clients must attend a minimum of 9 hours weekly. Groups are available Monday through Saturday, with various therapeutic focuses.
Q: What is the cost of the program?
A: Almost all IOP participants are covered by Medicaid if they have or qualify for Medicaid.
Typically, the IOP program is $386 per week. We provide discounts, sliding scale fees, and payment arrangements to make the service more affordable and accessible for those who qualify and have to pay out of pocket.
Session Details and Expectations
Q: What therapies are included in the IOP?
A: The program includes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychological Education, Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), Anger Management, 1 on services, and Case Management.
Q: What happens if I miss a session?
A: Missing more than two groups without making them up will require restarting the IOP.

A: The program is a 2-day course held on the 2nd Wednesday and Thursday of every month, starting at 4 PM.

A: The course costs $350, which includes the evaluation, class, and book. Payment Is due at time of evaluation.
